Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
- "phpgroup," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the phpgroup online casino and sports betting platform accessible at phpgroup.co and all associated subdomains, applications, and services.
- "Player," "User," or "you" refers to any individual who has registered for, or is accessing, a phpgroup account.
- "Account" means the personal player account created by a registered user on the phpgroup platform.
- "Services" refers to all gaming products, betting markets, casino games, software, tools, and features made available through phpgroup, including but not limited to slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, cashback, or promotional value awarded to a Player by phpgroup that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "Real Money Funds" refers to deposits made by the Player in Philippine Peso (PHP) into their phpgroup wallet balance.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process phpgroup uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility prior to processing withdrawals.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phpgroup platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and phpgroup.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phpgroup platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the phpgroup platform after any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phpgroup. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. phpgroup will request government-issued identification during the KYC process to verify your age. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment method used for deposit, minus any winnings accrued.
phpgroup services are intended for players located in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using phpgroup is lawful in their specific location. phpgroup does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
To create a phpgroup account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity. phpgroup reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
- Each natural person is permitted to hold only one phpgroup account.
- You must not register on behalf of a third party.
- Corporate or business entities may not register personal player accounts.
- Players who have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from phpgroup may not re-register.
Account Management
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpgroup login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phpgroup will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify phpgroup's support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account. phpgroup recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
phpgroup is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, driver's license, passport, or UMID/SSS card) and a selfie for liveness verification. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phpgroup may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Dormant accounts do not forfeit real money balances; they remain available for withdrawal upon completing KYC verification.
Deposits & Withdrawals
phpgroup accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco De Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. phpgroup does not accept cryptocurrency payments, international wire transfers, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in the Player's name.
The minimum deposit amount on phpgroup is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume deposits may be subject to enhanced KYC review. All deposits are credited to your phpgroup wallet in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya). Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on the originating institution.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed by phpgroup within one (1) business day following successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited within five (5) minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. phpgroup charges no withdrawal processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.
If a Player initiates a chargeback or payment reversal through their bank or e-wallet provider in respect of any deposit made to phpgroup, phpgroup reserves the right to immediately suspend the Player's account, reverse all pending withdrawals, and recover any amounts subject to the chargeback from any positive account balance. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant Philippine financial authorities.
Bonuses & Promotions
phpgroup offers bonuses and promotional campaigns to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and referral incentives. All phpgroup bonuses are subject to specific Terms and Conditions which are published alongside each offer at the time of promotion.
- Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.
- Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%–20% per bet; slots typically contribute 100% unless otherwise specified.
- phpgroup reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the Player claiming it.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time on a phpgroup account unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
- Bonuses expire if not used within the stated period. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on phpgroup — including slots, live dealer casino, bingo, fishing games, and table games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and PG Soft. Each game operates according to the specific rules published by its provider.
phpgroup does not control the game mechanics, random number generators (RNG), or outcomes of any game hosted on the platform. All RNG-based games use certified RNG systems independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. Live dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, wheels) operated by professional studio dealers in certified environments.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or game software failure — phpgroup will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-malfunction state. Where this is not possible, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction may be voided and the bet amount returned to the Player's account. phpgroup is not liable for lost winnings arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
If a Player disputes the outcome of a game, phpgroup will review the relevant game logs, server records, and provider data to investigate the dispute. phpgroup's determination following such investigation shall be final, subject to the dispute escalation process outlined in Section 15.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpgroup platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:
- Registering more than one phpgroup account, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information to phpgroup.
- Using the phpgroup platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with phpgroup games or systems in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting errors, software bugs, or glitches in phpgroup games or payment systems for financial gain.
- Colluding with other players, game dealers, or phpgroup staff to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Abusing phpgroup's bonus or promotional systems, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorized use of payment methods, chargebacks, or identity theft.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing phpgroup staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Accessing or attempting to access phpgroup from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation methods.
Intellectual Property
All content on the phpgroup platform — including but not limited to the phpgroup brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of phpgroup or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpgroup platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phpgroup content without prior written authorization.
phpgroup and all associated logos, trade names, and service marks are proprietary to phpgroup. Unauthorized use of phpgroup's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Privacy & Data Protection
phpgroup collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is described in detail in the phpgroup Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.
By registering on phpgroup, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
phpgroup does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. phpgroup may share data with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as necessary for the operation of the platform and fulfillment of legal obligations.

Responsible Gaming
phpgroup is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Filipino players with the tools and information needed to keep gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a financial obligation. phpgroup complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and supports the objectives of the National Council for Responsible Gaming in the Philippines.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your phpgroup account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders at intervals of your choice during gaming sessions.
- Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your phpgroup account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion of a minimum of six (6) months, up to five (5) years or permanent exclusion. phpgroup will close your account, void any active bonuses, and return your real money balance to your registered payment method.
Limitation of Liability
The phpgroup platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phpgroup makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the platform or any of its services. phpgroup shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpgroup's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of phpgroup's services shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpgroup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if phpgroup has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
phpgroup reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request; or any other circumstance in which phpgroup determines that continued access poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other players.
In cases of termination for cause, phpgroup reserves the right to retain any balance associated with bonus funds and to recover any demonstrably fraudulent gains from the Player's real money balance. Remaining legitimate real money funds will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to phpgroup.
Players may request the closure of their phpgroup account at any time by contacting the phpgroup support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real money balance will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method after KYC is completed. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Amendments to These Terms
phpgroup reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, and will be posted on the phpgroup website with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the phpgroup platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using phpgroup immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect your substantive rights) may be made without notification and take effect immediately upon posting.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact phpgroup's support team directly to seek an amicable resolution. phpgroup will acknowledge all formally lodged disputes within two (2) business days and provide a full written response within fourteen (14) business days of receiving all relevant information.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through phpgroup's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming complaints. phpgroup will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
